Teambuilding originated with outdoor activities Catalyst
took this one stage further and created outdoor events that
incorporated many of the skills of the work environment but
without the need to go totally outward bound. Any venue that
has grounds is suitable. Participants can have fun in the
fresh air but in a non threatening way and stay within their
abilities and comfort zones.

Intrigue and ingenuity are the hallmarks of this mission
to recover and assemble a top-secret space rocket. Your
Accumulator Briefcase full of gadgets, your team mates,
and your ability to overcome impossible situations are
your only resources as the seconds tick away to the
explosive lift off. >

Flashmaster
Could you slow your rocket down before impact? You will
have to outwit other teams to create a rocket capable
of the slowest
re-entry back to earth. But what works and who in your
group knows the best solution? At the same time bet
against the
other teams to see which rocket is most likely to succeed.
A team oriented exercise that is sure to go off with

Flat Out
This imaginative challenge sees teams building a life
sized vehicle in the shape of a rickshaw, chariot or
boat from huge sheets of cardboard while working from
blueprints with demanding specifications. As with any
large-scale build, operational success means co-ordinated
team effort, effective communication and a big dose
of lateral thinking and creativity.
